Cancellation

Cancellation of registration and social events must be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat.

• Written cancellation received before Monday 26th September 2011: a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be made.
• Written cancellation received after Monday 26th September 2011 and before Monday 24th October 2011: a full refund less a 50% administration fee will be made.
• Written cancellation received after Monday 24th October 2011: no refunds will be made
